Craig Seifferth

Craig is a certified Microsoft Office Specialist Master which is “the highest level of expertise in using Microsoft Office programs”.

Recently a friend accused me of being a ‘gadget guy’.  Nothing could be further from the truth.   I’m not a gadget guy, I’m a productivity guy.   I reflexively seek solutions to get things done.  That’s why I love helping people discover new ways of doing things better and faster on the computer.

With a B.S. in Speech Communications that concentrated on interpersonal communication, and a Th.M.  or Masters in Theology, Craig is not your typical trainer.  His passion for communicating well surged in college with his Speech Communications degree.  The next several decades were spent utilizing and developing those skills in ministry, teaching, training, and developing people.

So often during those years I remember looking over someone’s shoulder, watching them do something the hard way on the computer and saying, ‘There’s a much easier and faster way of doing that! Let me help you automate those processes.’  I’ve always thrived on helping people “get it” and was never satisfied until they did!

Craig started training Microsoft Productivity (Desktop) Applications in Dallas, TX in the 90’s with ExecuTrain of Texas.  At that time he was certified as an expert in Microsoft Office desktop applications as he spent six years training part-time around attending seminary.
Craig has taken these cumulative people and communication skills, his passion for teaching, dedication and wealth of experience and expanded his training portfolio to include Business Soft Skills.

On a more personal note, I’m a huge fan of the St.  Louis Cardinals, University of Michigan football and the Far Side cartoon strip.  My lab partners are Solomon and Samson—my ten and one-year-old yellow Labrador Retrievers.  And, I  have two beautiful girls in my life—my wonderful, gifted and creative wife of 13 years, and my precious nine-year-old daughter—do I have to even mention how much I love being her daddy!
